How do I delete my account?

From inside the app: Profile → Delete account. From the web: visit /account-deletion and sign in. Deletion is immediate; encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

How do I restore my purchases?

On iOS, open Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases. Restores draw on the Apple ID currently signed in on your device.

How do partner pairing and shared insights work?

Each of you keeps a private space. Insights are surfaced privately to each of you and are only shared when you both opt in to a specific shared insight. Private chat content is never shared across the partner link.

Is hrmnys a substitute for therapy?

No. Hrmnys is a self-help companion. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please reach out to a licensed therapist or local crisis line — the app surfaces local resources where available.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union. See the privacy policy for the full list of providers we work with.

How do I export my data?

Email info@hrmnys.com from the address tied to your account and we will send you an export within 30 days.
