Terms of service

These terms (“Terms”) form a contract between you and HRMNYS APP LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17208756), with its registered office at Flat 5 Chelsea House, 9-11 White Hart Lane, London SW13 0PX, England (“hrmnys”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the hrmnys mobile app and this website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Hrmnys is a self-help companion for couples and individuals — a private space for personal reflection and, when both partners opt in, partnered growth. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use hrmnys. Hrmnys is not directed to children.

Not medical or therapeutic advice

Hrmnys is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider. The app surfaces local crisis resources where available.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID or other supported store. By starting a subscription you agree to:

• Payment of the subscription fee at the rate displayed at purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its standard policies.

Acceptable use

Don’t use hrmnys to harm others, attempt to break the Service, reverse-engineer it, or do anything illegal. Don’t share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own the content you put into hrmnys. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you (run the chat, generate insights, sync between your devices). We do not use your content to train public AI models or sell it to advertisers.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy for how). We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive long enough to fall outside our retention window.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that insights will be accurate, or that the Service will meet any specific need.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HRMNYS APP LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rights in your country of residence, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these Terms when product features or laws change. Material changes will be announced inside the app and dated above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
